50% Refund Promotion - Terms & Conditions.

Promotion Overview Purchase between 1 and 9 pre-designed (non-custom) phone grips and receive a 50% refund on your order if you meet the video requirements below and your Reel or TikTok reaches 2,000+ views.

Eligibility

  • The offer applies only to orders of 1–9 pre-designed phone grips. Custom phone grips and orders of 10 or more grips are excluded.
  • You must be a customer who has placed a qualifying order on our website.
  • One redemption per order / per customer.
  • The promotion runs until further notice. We reserve the right to end or modify it at any time.

Video Requirements To qualify for the 50% refund, your video must:

  • Be posted on TikTok or Instagram Reels.
  • Heavily feature our phone grips as the main focus (they cannot be incidental or only briefly visible in the background).
  • Mention @minibillboardclub in the caption.
  • Reach 2,000+ views (views are counted as shown on the platform at the time of verification).
  • Be posted within 45 days of your order date.

Redemption Process

  1. Once your video reaches 2,000+ views, email us at minibillboardclub@gmail.com.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number.
    • The direct link to your Reel or TikTok.
  3. We will verify the video meets the requirements and the view count.
  4. If approved, we will process your 50% refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Important Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the video does not clearly and prominently feature our phone grips or if we reasonably believe the views have been artificially inflated.
  • View counts are final as verified by us at the time of checking.
  • Refunds will only be issued on the phone grips in the order (excluding shipping or other products).
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless stated.
  • For orders with pre-existing discounts, the 50% refund applies strictly to the original, non-discounted base price of the products, rather than the discounted total.

  • By participating, you agree that we may use or repost your video for marketing purposes (with credit to you).

General
